Learning so much with interactions with the clinical nurse specialists on how patients are often reluctant to approach the nurses with issues in which they think might be trivial, the amount of time given to repeating the same information for different patients, and also how many patients do not approach for help until they experience very severe symptoms. We have much to do in the design phase for My Cancer Companion, and it is certainly a privilege to have the support and feedback from such a expert community of UK clinical nurse specialists that we can propagate to the rest of the world!
